For years I have battled daily headaches, these are in addition to chronic migraines. A friend suggested I try the B Stress Complex. After just a few days of taking the supplement, the low throbbing at the back of my head was gone for good. I have accidentally run out and the headaches return after two days. Once I get back on my B Stress Complex they go away again. They are like a little, magic pill. Just the right combination of vitamins and I of vitamins and I am "fixed."

I have tried many B vitamin products, including liquids, over the years. they say they are supposed to be easily digested etc. but I get very sick whether I take them before, during or after meals.
this product does not bother me in any way. I have even forgotten to take them with a meal and taken them a couple hours after the meal and still did not get sick.
I also saw great effects from this product. when I started taking them, I was extremely stressed out from the lingering severe illness of a loved one. I felt stronger emotionally by the next day.
my naturopathic doctor recommended I take more than the suggested 1 capsule daily, so it is best to clear the amount you need with your doctor...as everyone is different.
