I’ve used Vitamin Mineral for well over a year. It is absolutely my vitamin of choice!

I did a lot of research b4 deciding on this brand. I have been taking it for many years now. I love the food based nutrients and mg of each. No iron so that’s a plus for me.
Overall I have been very happy with it. One of the best formulas I found in a whole food multivitamin.

I very strict with my diet and exercise. I can feel a change within minutes or hours [depending] when I need something or when something has or is working. The products I buy from you work.

Excellent product! You do have to supplement the remainder of Vitamin K, along with Cal-Mag & Iron, but it is well worth it knowing that the food supplies so many other nutrients!
