C Complex is a 100% vegan Food supplement that is intended to supply 100% Food vitamin C. Unlike some other so-called “whole food” vitamins, it does not contain any isolated ascorbic acid. Royal Lee claimed that ascorbic acid was not vitamin C. All the Vitamin C in this product comes from oranges and acerola cherries.

C Complex has antioxidant abilities. Vitamin C has long been recognized as an important nutrient for supporting cardiovascular, immune, musculoskeletal, endocrine, and other systems.

Croscarmellose Sodium Cellulose (Digestive Aid), Non-GMO Elaeis Guineensis Extract, Silica.

The C-Complex helps with leg pain inflammation and doesn’t upset my stomach when I take 3.

It's a little expensive, but a great product. I can really tell the difference between taking this over taking other vitamin C. I bought the big bottle and plan to take only one a day -- unless I'm feeling sick. It should last me about a year! So, when you look at it that way, it's not too bad on price.

The main draw for me is that this Vitamin C is from real food — no synthetics, etc. that you may find in other Vitamin C supplements.

C Complex is a great product! I always get Food Research or Standard Process Supplements. Which ever is available when I need them.

Wonderful product!

I've used this C Complex for years because I believe it's one of the best. I always notice a difference when I'm taking it & there are times when I believe a high dosage is in order so with this I never have to worry about the issues you can have with ascorbic acid/ man made supplements because this is WHOLE FOOD.

REVISION! wrote a negative review less than an hour ago. That was all based on a misunderstanding! I love all the Food Research products I’ve used for a number of years now. I would delete that review, but I can ’t see how to do that. Please ignore that review!

Take C Complex all year around but increase the amount for fall and winter. Never disappointed with Food Research.
