D-ficient

According to the Harvard School of Public Health, one billion people worldwide have a Vitamin D deficiency. Unfortunately, if you live in an area where overcast days are common, you likely have a greater chance of being Vitamin D deficient. The deficiency also occurs frequently in climates where there is little sun in the winter months and amongst people who mostly spend their time indoors.

Fortunately, Vitamin D deficiency is easily diagnosed with a simple blood test. But, if you’re experiencing excessive sweating, unexpected weakness, broken bones, chronic pain, or depression, you should consult with your primary doctor or physician.

Some experts agree that people require (safe!) sun exposure, Vitamin D rich foods, and a good quality Vitamin D supplement such as Food Research's D Complex to address this condition. A Food Research customer had this to say:
“In my own experience, I had no symptoms that I noticed, but a blood test revealed my deficiency. My M.D. recommended a natural supplement. For me, Food Research D Complex was a perfect fit. It is a 100% vegetarian food complex that contains 250% of the required daily amount of D, plus all the naturally occurring factors that aid and complement digestion and absorption with no fillers, preservatives, GMOs, or any of the chemical additives that I find unacceptable. Food Research Vitamin D Complex…aka sunshine in a bottle!”
