WatermelonParties, picnics, traveling, work and family events; there are lots of seasonal activities that can interfere with eating right and can even cause some digestive issues.  

Take a moment to research which foods to avoid and which ones to reach for when you’re on the go. 

Salty processed foods like chips and pretzels can cause intestinal difficulties and fluid retention as well as add to your waistline. Avoid sweet carbonated drinks including sugar-free sodas and go easy on the alcohol.
